Hafez Farmayan's Interview- part 1
Hafez Farmayan's interview conducted by Manoutchehr Eskandari-Qajar on 5 February 2010. He shares his memories of family members, acquaintances, and the daily life and rituals of people in the Qajar era. Hafez Farmayan describes the life of his Father (ʻAbd al-Husayn Mirza Farmanfarma) in his estate in Tehran, his childhood memories of his mother and other co-wives, and his siblings and other people living on the estate. The plan of this estate is also drawn by Farmayan and it is included as an item in this collection.

Letter about a petition from Nusrat al-Dawlah, [late 19th century]
The letter concerns a meeting with Anis al-Dawlah, favorite wife of the harem of Nasir al-Din Shah, in which she is asked to deliver a petition from Firuz Mirza Nusrat al-Dawlah, son of ʻAbd al-Husayn Mirza Farmanfarma and ‘Izzat al-Dawlah, to her husband and the Crown Prince.

Settlement among ‘Izzat al-Dawlah and ‘Abbas Mirza's children, 1935
Firuz Mirza Nusrat al-Dawlah, acting on behalf of his mother, Fatimah Khanum ‘Izzat al-Dawlah, transfers her share of the inheritance from her deceased son, ‘Abbas Mirza Salar Lashkar, to his underage children, Mihri, Bahram, and Bahman Farmanfarma’iyan. ‘Izzat al-Dawlah's share was one sixth of ‘Abbas Mirza's properties and belongings.
